Toolkit for Plausible Analytics does not transmit, sell, or share personal information, browsing history, Plausible account information, or analytics data. It accesses visible Plausible page content locally only to provide the interface tools described below.
The extension operates locally in your browser on https://plausible.io. It stores only the
preferences needed to provide its features. Toolkit enablement and the preferred colour format are
saved in Chrome's local extension storage. Dashboard panel order and All Sites layout preferences
are saved in plausible.io local storage because those controls run directly in the page. None of
these settings are sent to the developer or any third party.
When you invoke the colour picker, the extension temporarily captures the visible Plausible tab so you can select an exact pixel colour. The image is processed locally, is not uploaded, and is not retained after the picker closes. The selected colour is copied to your clipboard at your request.
The extension contains no advertising, analytics trackers, remote executable code, or third-party data-sharing integrations.
The use of information received by this extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Website content is used only to provide the user-facing Plausible interface tools and colour picker described above.
Removing the extension deletes its Chrome extension storage. Use the toolkit's reset controls before removal, or clear plausible.io site data in Chrome, to remove preferences stored in page local storage.
This extension is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Plausible Analytics.
